We were down in Bradenton and looking for an outdoor patio set. Debbie greeted us right away and gave us options on furniture. We then met the owner, Mark, who was very helpful as well. He ended up buying a beautiful set and we couldn't be happier with the customer service, the supercenter location and options as well as the delivery crew. I highly recommend this business. They have two other businesses, one is in Osprey, Florida and the other one is in Port Charlotte, Florida.

My husband and I had such a wonderful experience at Patio Factory Supercenter! Mark, the owner, and Christina, the sales associate, were absolutely amazing, so kind, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. We found the perfect outdoor set for our place, including a beautiful counter-height table and chairs. Their prices are truly unbeatable, and the quality and selection are fantastic. We highly recommend Patio Factory Supercenter to anyone looking for outdoor furniture. We'll definitely be back for more pieces!

I'm writing in connection with the delivery process which I experienced today, June 1, 2026. Zachary and Steve arrived within the window they offered from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM. They were very meticulous about moving it inside – my son and family won't move in for another month -watching the walls so they wouldn't scrape. After the furniture was placed in the living room, Steve polished off the “coffee table“ because it was dusty, Definitely going above and beyond. All in all, really pleased with Steve and Zachary. One of the easiest purchases we've made together. My husband and I rarely agree on furniture, but on this we did. Well made, delivered very quickly, by David and Tim. Now to add art and a rug….won't be as easy to settle as our new lanai set. Our thanks to all, and we will be back for the patio soon….
